Just a short boat ride from Skiathos, Tsougria feels like a small escape of its own. Pine and olive trees cover much of the island, while sandy shores and clear, shallow waters make it an easy place to spend a slow summer day swimming, relaxing and exploring.
Beyond the beach, visitors can discover quieter corners of the island and walk up towards the picturesque chapel of Agios Floros, set above the sea with beautiful views across the surrounding landscape. With no road connection to Skiathos, arriving by boat is part of the experience.
ONE SKIATHOS EDITOR’S NOTE
We recommend Tsougria when you want to leave the main island behind for a few hours. Go for the clear water and sandy shores, but take time to explore beyond the main beach and discover the quieter side of the island.
LOCATION
A little island escape across the water, beautifully positioned just off Skiathos with sandy shores, turquoise waters and a pine-covered landscape.
